We are proud to introduce our industrial complex, which follows the highest standards in the rice processing industry. Our environmental policy, the quality of our products, and our hygiene standards will satisfy the most demanding consumers.
Our company is located in Dom Pedrito, state of Rio Grande do Sul, South of Brazil, and is near the border with Uruguay.
Engenho Coradini started operating in 1955 as a partnership between two brothers in the 5th district of Cachoeira do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. With 55 years of experience, our company now has separate divisions for agricultural and industrial matters. This is advantageous for providing a better understanding and control of each sector that plays a role in grain production and technology.
Our industrial capacity is greater than the demand. This is a precautionary measure, since Dom Pedrito has a great potential to increase its rice production, which currently is 5% of all rice production in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Engenho Coradini is currently one of the only rice processing companies in Brazil with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification.
Maintaining its innovative characteristic, Engenho Coradini’s newest project is a parboiled rice plant, which is about to be concluded. The technology used in the parboiling process is new in Brazil. The group aims to use this new technology to increase and consolidate its markets, offering top quality rice products with maximal natural properties. These fast cooking products will soon be available in the market.
We invite you to look at our installations, and to learn the steps of the process that brings to the table one of the most important ingredients of the Brazilian diet.
